Polo188 Terms and Conditions — Official Guide for All Members

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member") and polo188 ("Company", "we", "Platform"). These Terms govern your use of all services, games, promotions, and other features provided through the polo188 website and our mobile application.

3. Account Registration

Ownership of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, IP addresses, or payment methods — is prohibited and will result in the termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. The details required include:

• The mobile phone number registered in your name
• Your preferred account currency

Members are responsible for keeping their account information up to date whenever changes occur. polo188 is not liable for any communication or transaction issues arising from outdated or inaccurate account information.

4. Deposit & Payment

Polo188 supports a variety of payment methods to facilitate deposits for Malaysia members, including online banking (FPX), e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay), and digital assets (USDT). All deposits are processed instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.

4.1 Deposit Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary depending on the selected payment method. The latest limit details are available on the Deposit platform. polo188 reserves the right to adjust deposit limits at any time with reasonable notice.

4.2 Fund Verification

All deposited funds must be the member's own. polo188 does not accept third-party deposits. If there is reason to suspect that deposited funds originate from an illegitimate source or were transferred through deceptive means, polo188 reserves the right to freeze the account pending investigation.

5. Fund Withdrawal

Members may submit a withdrawal request at any time via the account management page. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit or a method that has been verified under the member's name.

5.1 Withdrawal Process

Polo188 aims to process withdrawals within 15 to 30 minutes for most payment methods. However, in certain cases requiring additional security checks, processing may take up to 24 business hours.

5.2 KYC Requirements

Before the first withdrawal is processed, or when cumulative withdrawals exceed the specified limit, members are required to complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) process by submitting the necessary identity verification documents. 5.3 Bonus Withdrawal Conditions

If the outcome cannot be accurately determined, the wager in question will be voided and the stake returned to the member's account balance.

8. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details. polo188 recommends the following security measures:

• Use a strong password combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) through your account settings.
• Do not share your account details with anyone, including family members.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially on public or shared devices.
• Contact the polo188 support team immediately if you suspect any suspicious activity on your account.

Polo188 will never ask for your password via email, Live Chat, or any other communication channel. If you receive any such request claiming to be from polo188, please report it to our security team immediately.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the polo188 platform and may result in immediate account suspension or termination:

• Registering or operating more than one account.
• Using a false identity or another person's information during registration.
• Money laundering or any suspicious financial activity.
• Use of automated software, bots, or third-party tools to interact with the platform.

10. Account Termination

Polo188 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:

• Failure to submit the requested KYC documents within the specified timeframe.
• Activity suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or financial crime.
• Requests from relevant authorities or regulatory bodies.

Members may also request voluntary account closure by contacting the polo188 support team. Prior to closure, all active rollover requirements must be fulfilled or cancelled, and any valid remaining balance will be returned in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure.

11. Limitation of Liability

Continued use of the polo188 platform after any amendments are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should stop using the platform and may request account closure as outlined in Section 10.
